The Wall Street Journal reports Google will revamp its search engine to include conversational AI along with short videos and social-media posts. This appears to be the search leader’s response to the rise of LLMs like ChatGPT.

The Journal says the features will debut at Google’s annual I/O developer conference.

One’s project’s code-name is “Magi,” reported to enable users to ask questions to an AI program.
