The latest AI news presenter has debuted in Kuwait. Named “Fedha,” the AI figure was announced on Twitter by Kuwait News, associated with the Kuwait Times.
The first AI news anchors were in China, on the state news agency Xinhua, in 2018. These have since been refined and others have emerged in Thailand, Russia, and the UAE. Among others, Rueters has also exprimebnted with a “digital twin” AI-generated sportscaster.
