A classroom lecture by Andrew Ng to business students at Stanford. At the time of this talk, Ng headed a team of more than 1,000 AI scientists at Baidu, a leading AI company in China.

The talk provides a clear explanation of how machine learning works and why it is important.

Before being Chief Scientists and VP at Baidu, Ng co-founded and led Google Brain, an AI research team of Google. In 2018 he founded AI Fund, a $175m investment fund for new AI ventures. Ng also is an adjunct professor at Stanford and co-founder and co-chair of Coursera.
