Unionized editorial st at Law360, the LexisNexis news service, are opposing a new company policy that requires an AI model reviews their work for bias. The “bias indicator” flags copy that it determines should be more neutral.

NeimanLab reports other uses for the AI tool are headline writing and general copy editing functions.
